- This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco - we work from the office 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- You must be based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting.

What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with the CEO to do whatever it takes to win, from product strategy to managing customer relationships. We’re looking for an ambitious generalist that can blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Helping drive sales, including running new marketing and viral campaigns, taking customer calls, and driving prospects to close
- Overseeing customer onboarding, including ongoing experimentation on Helium
- Building out Helium workflows for customers, including overseeing designers
- Identifying and proposing new improvements to the product
- Misc strategic tasks with the founders
- Ability to travel ~10-20% of the role

- 1-3 years of experience in startups, operations, or consulting, or another relevant field
- You have a proven history of getting shit done
